Nexperia has expanded its portfolio of ultra-low clamping, ultra-low capacitance ESD protection diodes. This wallet protects high-speed data lines including USB 3.2, HDMI 2.0, LVDS, automotive A/V monitors, displays and cameras. These latest product additions include PESD5V0C1BLS-Q and PESD5V0C1ULS-Q as two-pin single line devices with a very compact DFN1006BD-2 package for optimized routing flexibility. Additionally, PESD5V0C2UM and PESD5V0C2UM-Q are available as three-pin devices for differential lines in DFN1006-3. All variants are supplied in wireless enclosures to improve electrical performance and signal integrity.

The company’s longstanding expertise in designing ESD protection solutions has enabled these diodes to deliver the highest signal integrity performance due to their ultra-low device capacitance (as low as 0.3 pF). For maximum design flexibility, these diodes are supplied in DFN1006-3 dual line and DFN1006BD-2 single line. The latter packages offer wettable sidewalls to allow AOI.

These AEC-Q101 automotive-qualified devices exhibit deep rollback behavior along with a low resistance of 0.27 Ohm, for improved system-level robustness and clamping performance in high-speed data interfaces. debit.
